Shipping policy

Domestic orders are shipped via economy shipping (3-9 business days) based on order amount.

International shipping costs vary by location and service type. Please note that additional fees may apply, such as customs, duties & taxes (including GST/HST/VAT), etc.

CHANGES

Orders in our system cannot be edited. If you would like to change the contents of your order, you will need to cancel it and reorder the desired contents.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers are able to cancel most orders within the first two hours of placing it. To cancel an order, visit that order's status page within your CurrValo® account and use the "Cancel Order" button. This page can also be reached by clicking the "View your order" button within your order confirmation email.

Please note that orders containing gift cards cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order and the cancellation window has expired, you may try emailing currvalo@gmail.com and enter ‘cancellation request’ in the subject line along with the order number. Everything will be done to accommodate the cancellation, but depending upon where the order is in processing, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee it. In this case, you may refuse delivery or return it to us for a merchandise refund.
