Return policy

We offer our customers the option to return products within sixty (60) days after the product shipment date excluding certain products that may not be returnable (e.g., final sale products). All returned products must be unused. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. Any products not returned in accordance with the return procedures may be donated or destroyed and no refund will be issued.

If Checkout+ is purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. The amount of your refund is determined only by the products you are returning – shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

What is Checkout+?: This is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

By adding Checkout+ on your order, you will receive:

• Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store
  credit, your return shipping label is covered.
• Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can
  submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
